Simply put, Rachid can wear many hats which allows him to look at problems from unique perspectives whether that is from a business lens or a technical lens. Aside from his hard skills (i.e business and technical skills), he has really good soft skills (i.e. active listener) which was evident in the projects and conversations that we have experienced together as MBA candidates at Sac State University. It is said that leaders of the future need to be "T" shaped employees who have broad skills across many areas and deep knowledge within a certain field. In my opinion, Rachid is a "T" shaped employee because his MBA training allows him to obtain breadth of knowledge in business and his developer background provides him with depth of knowledge in technology. In summary, Rachid has positioned himself by obtaining the necessary knowledge and experience to become an ideal modern-world business leader if given the opportunity. He is someone that I can recommend and not have a second thought about it.
